The Narberth Library is excited to announce this FREE Chair Yoga program with Abby Contract of YOGA 206.

Join us on Friday, July 30 at 9:00am in Narberth Park.

No registration is required.

 

Abby’s training includes the 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified RYT Yin Certification, Chair Yoga, and IAYT – Accredited Yoga for Bone Health.
